BAYHAN Entegre Sistem Çözümler presents TCDD Cer-Markiz Mahalleri Modernizasyonu (CERMOD) Project as a complete system. CERMOD is divided into three major sub system to meet the needs :

•  Enhanced Marquise System (GEMARS)
•  Enhancced Machine Control System (GEMAKS)
•  Cer Control Center System (CEKOMS)

CERMOD project is a rehabilitation, security and follow-up from distance system that enables the system to be equipped with computer infrastructure and gives the ability of controlling the locomotives remotely while refreshing the marquise parts of locomotives. It also transfers the information that help machinist in computer environment.

CERMOD project is powerful with GEMAKS, GEMARS, and CEKOMS sub systems, beneficial and in terms of its implementation field it is a unique project.

If the sub systems of CERMOD project are examined, each one is a complete solution to the natural requirements of the system.

Understanding of the Requirements:

Firm had performed revision and case evaluation studies in equipments in parallel to our customers' needs with the written permission of related chairs, had fixed meeting with the necessary technical staff, had investigated the sources in both Turkey and world and had completed analyses. At last, it had finished the studies to meet the needs of TCDD.

With this investigations and analyses, the progression of the world, the position of the Turkey, European Union attempts and original structure of TCDD have been separately assessed; our dear customer's basic needs and as a result of these basic needs our firm had determined needs that are important for the existing system apparently and had describe the desired system.

In the projects that are related with cure of the system, the first thing to be done is to evaluate the complaints and defining the basic needs depending on these complaints. The next step (unfortunately although a little number of institutions carries out this step) is analysis of system needs that is performed by developer firm by taking the needs that customers pointed out as a base.
